My customers, in West Moors, near Wimborne, wanted to change their leaded double glazed window units to Low E thermal glass. They also wanted to have the leaded lights removed.

The Problem:

Recently RPS Locks & Glazing was called out by a customer to mend two broken sash window locks at his property in Ferndown.

When I arrived I discovered he had two seized locks on the small windows in his bedroom, meaning they couldn’t be opened/shut.

RPS replaced the old lock mechanisms with new ones, and very soon the windows were fully working again.

The Problem:

I had a customer in Hamworthy, Poole, who had a misted sealed unit.

I fitted a new replacement double glazed unit and soon the window was as good as new – both in functionality and looks.

The Problem:

This customer, in Verwood, had a crack on the top joint of a PVC door.

To remedy this, I used a power-file to remove a ridge to fit a metal bracket.
